¹E-mail support with 24-hour turn-around. Telephone support is available if the issue is escalated by the support agent or during service interruptions. Support is limited to issues accessing the server, logging in, usage, and configuration. Support for third-party issues including applications, server/telephony hardware, internet connectivity problems, etc. must be handled by the appropriate third-party vendor.
²Future release versions of the XOMBO product covered by the support license may be made available to the public during the length of the agreement. These updates will be installed if compatible with client-specific modifications.
